Dart Estuary Walk
This walk skirts the magnificent estuary of the River Dart and also explores part of Dartmouth, one of Devon’s most attractive towns as well as one of its most historic and interesting.
South West Coast Path
The modern day South West Coast Path is England’s longest waymarked footpath. It runs for 630 miles, from Minehead on the edge of Exmoor to the shores of Poole Harbour. Come to the beach anywhere in the South West of England, turn left or right and you’ll be on the South West Coast Path and on the edge of an amazing experience.
A high-level walk around the cliffs above the mouth of the River Dart. Small birds call from the bushes and seals haul out on the rocks around the headland. Allow time for exploring the remains of many centuries of history around Dartmouth Castle, Warfleet Cove and Gallants Bower.
