Riverside 9

Had a lovely stay but the smell let the property down as apart from that, it was lovely Positive: Location Negative: There was a really unpleasant smell in the property. We bought air fresheners and a spray but the smell lingered. I reported it to the property office.

Great accommodation and perfect location Positive: Great location, very comfortable and clean. Ideal for our needs, a real home from home.

excellent value, little work on comms needsd Negative: The flat itself was superb but the directions for getting to it need to be clearer- it’s also a shame that the main entrance stairway is so grotty and institutional in feel ( not that the hosts can help that!) Also confusing was that when we reached the very top of the stairs. there were just two flat numbers ( 3 and 6) and ours was 9. Nowhere did it say you open the door marked 6 which leads you onto a landing and 9 is at the end of it. Same happened in the car park, there was no 9! Also, I didn’t get the pass to put in my car until i got to the flat, so leaving my car “passless” for 20 mins or so ( it’s a ten min walk from car park to flat) All these things are a small price to pay for such brilliant value and just could have been more clearly communicated

Little gem in the centre of Dartmouth. Positive: The location is perfect! Right in the heart of town. Negative: Nothing. It was all lovely!

Positive: Nice spacious and clean apartment in the heart of Dartmouth Negative: The included parking space required using a permit that was supposed to be found in the apartment but was not there. We parked in the street instead since it was outside the paid parking hours. As described in the information it's three floors up without lift so not suitable for people with mobility issues.
