Lovely flat ,overlooking busy harbour,Dartmouth . Positive: The harbour view ,right outside is exceptional. We stayed here 5 days ,and were lucky with good weather throughout. The location is excellent, minutes away from lovely pubs ,restaurants and shops . Large roomy flat ,comfy beds ,nice lounge /dining room .Well equipped flat ,on first floor Will definitely re book this flat,the views are divine .. Thoroughly enjoyed a sunny day,going onthe Steam train to Paignton. Would highly recommend, again the views along the way are beautiful. Negative: Only one dissapointment ,you could not see clearly out of glass ,on left hand side of lounge patio .Think the inner glass ,needs changing .Would have like maybe few more clean towels/ kitchen tea towell left,and possibly some kitchen/ bathroom sprays ,just to wipe over surfaces ,during our 5 day stay .Otherwise, really lovely flat .,highly recommend.

Nice for an out of season break Positive: Location, good value Negative: Curtains are very thin. The hob is old and takes an age to heat up.

Perfect base for our long weekend break….with stunning views! Positive: The location is why you stay and it does not fail there! Central to everything and the best views you could wish for. Negative: End of the season so understandable but few minor issues, shower didn’t work at first…very quickly repaired by the team. The washing machine was pretty smelly….other than that it was perfect for our needs

Positive: Location Negative: Entrance by bins and decor was tired.

Positive: Comfortable, clean, very convenient location for what we wanted to do. Balcony overlooking the waterfront.
