Positive: Aussicht. Lage. Größe der Wohnung. Negative: Küche war nicht ordentlich geputzt. Nur 1 kaputte Bratpfanne. Außenbereich und Garagen bedürfen einer dringenden Reinigung!

Perfect birthday Positive: Excellent location. Respectful and prompt communication with us. Great parking. Huge apartment space with all facilities, although couldn't find a dustpan & brush when needed. Beautiful balcony and view of the River Dart. Owners recommended 2 restaurants nearby which we visited, and the staff made it so memorable for my birthday on 24th. Beds comfortable, tea & coffee facilities. Also fridge very useful, lots of wardrobe space. Would love to visit for my birthday again next year. We love Dartmouth, thank you for everything Negative: There isn't anything we did not like.

Good location and had parking Positive: Good location and had parking, easy walk to everything, simple snd straightforward Negative: Living room furniture was too bulking for room so coffee table had to be moved to be useful and was a bit of a corridor to bedroom

Positive: The location is great for us - easy to walk everywhere in Dartmouth including both ferries. Negative: Annoying issue with car chargers, staff said they were broken when they were just inactive. It’s frustrating as all literature from the company lists them as charging spaces yet no one staying there can use them like I have done in years previous.

I think the fee charged for 2 nights was excessive. I'm assuming it was because we had a view. Positive: Location was good. Very near the front of the esplanade. We had a few of the estuary from the balcony/lounge windows. Bathroom/shower and kitchen were clean and all the facilities worked. Negative: The quality of the furniture in the lounge was poor. There was a large rip in the settee. One of the quilt covers on the single bed had holes in it. I took pictures on my phone and showed the lady in the laundry room. Some of the dining chairs were very unsafe as the screws needed tightening up on them.
