Positive: Property is tired but very clean.
Shower is excellent. Easy to park and unload luggage.
Very handy to walk into town on the level.
Negative: Windows could do with cleaning on the outside and vertical blinds need replacing throughout. Washing up biwl was filthy.

Location Location 10/10 great sized apartment at a reasonable price with parking very rare in Dartmouth
Positive: Fantastic location we’ve stayed in Dartmouth lots of times mostly higher up just so we get parking with our property never realised The Mews apartment were there tucked away with parking directly outside the door unloading suitcases so easy and near everything in Dartmouth
Negative: Would of liked a larger settee as I’m 6ft 3inches and was very low down

Ideal location, value for money, brilliant shower.
Positive: Very close to town and harbour.
Shower water pressure was superb.
Negative: Could have done with just a touch modernising, but really good value for what we paid for it.
