Christmas and New Year Period

The weeks with an asterisk  in the main tariff table above require an ingoing deposit of £100. This deposit will be returned by post within 7 days of the apartment being vacated, providing the apartment has been left as found.  A special offer of 10% discount is available for all 14 day bookings over the Christmas /New Year period.

KEYS - to flats will be available from 3p.m. on day of arrival from Dartside Holidays Office at Dartmouth Boating Centre, South Embankment.

PLEASE NOTE - You are asked to vacate your apartment by 10 a.m. on day of departure.

IF YOU ARE GOING TO BE LATE - Please contact the office , so that altenative arrangements can be made.

PROVISIONAL BOOKINGS - can be taken over the phone, but require a deposit within 5 days to secure.

PAYMENT BY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD will incur a 2% surcharge
