There are two ways for you to complete our booking form. You can do it online by filling in the form to the right.

Alternatively you can print the Flat Booking Form and mail it to us. For this you need the (free) Adobe Acrobat Reader software installed on your computer. If it's a reasonably new computer, it's probably already there, but if not you can download it by clicking:.

With the Reader software installed on your computer you can access the printable Flat Booking Form by clicking the icon below. You can then print the form, complete it and mail it to us with your deposit cheque.

Please read the Booking Terms and Conditions before completing the form.

Possession of the flat is from 3:00pm on the day of arrival to 10:00am on the day of departure. On day of arrival keys can be collected from the Dartside Holidays Office at the Dartmouth Boating Centre, South Embankment, by 5:30PM, unless alternative arrangments have been made.

Any breach of all or any of these conditions makes the booking liable to immediate cancellation without refund by the proprietors.
